Foison Resources SL Limited disbursed surface rent payments to landowning families residing within the 1 Km² and 2 Km² concession areas of its operations in Tihun Village, Sogbene Chiefdom, Bonthe District.

The disbursement ceremony took place at the Paramount Chief’s compound in Tihun Village and was attended by representatives of the landowning families, local authorities, and a delegation from Foison Resources SL Limited.

Welcoming the company’s team, the Chiefdom’s Treasury Clerk, accompanied by a section chief and town chief representing the Paramount Chief, acknowledged the absence of the Paramount Chief due to unavoidable circumstances. They expressed their appreciation for the company’s continued engagement with the community and called for the immediate commencement of the distribution exercise.

In response, the team from Foison Resources SL Limited expressed gratitude for the warm reception and promptly began the distribution of payments to the respective families.
