Welcome to Foison Resources (SL) Limited

Foison Resources (SL) Limited is a privately owned mining company, duly registered and incorporated in Freetown on 22 December 2021 under the Companies Act No. 5 of 2009. Our head office is located at 9 Sierratel Drive, off Hill Station, Freetown, Sierra Leone.

We hold both small-scale and large-scale mining licenses, with active operations in Sogbini and Jong Chiefdoms in Bonthe District, as well as Kongbora Chiefdom in Moyamba District, Southern Province. Since acquiring our first mining license in September 2022, we have maintained a strong commitment to responsible, sustainable, and compliant mining practices.

As part of our strategic growth, we are currently developing a Mineral Separation Plant (MSP), scheduled for completion next year. This investment reflects our focus on operational efficiency, value addition, and environmentally responsible processing.
